"charlie made the process easy, I contacted him to obtain an estimate and once I met him I knew I didn't need another.  He made suggestion, correctly estimated how long it would take to get the shutters ready to install, my windows are odd shaped so it took longer. as soon as he received them he called me and kept his date and time appointment. Everyone who sees the shitters loves how they look.  The shade was an addition, he installed this today and again not only did he show up at the time agreed, he corrected minor defects in the wall so that the shade would be perfect.  I highly recommend Charlie, Charlie is very personable and most of all honest.   <br>"
