"Devon came to inspect the roof on the home we just bought. Found issues the inspector neglected to tell us about. Took the time to explain the entire process, found us some much appreciated discounts, answered all our questions, even helped argue with the inspector. He promptly returned messages and calls. His entire team were great. They showed up promptly and even though the weather wasn't great they finished the entire roof in 1 day. There were 2 minor issues that were promptly dealt with. I wish I had more experiences like this. He showed us they were ranked number 1 and then proved why. I will literally be 100 before I have to worry about my roof. "I had a great experience with Perfection Metals and would recommend using this company. Not only were they offering a lifetime/transferable warranty, but the price was great. I had other estimates coming and was informed they would try to match the price if I got something lower. I didn't need them to do that, as they were the lowest. Garage Roof was on within in a couple of weeks. I had 1 issue, which I was nervous to ask about, but the project manager was very nice and concerned about my dissatisfaction. He made sure to take care of it right away and continued to check with me on the process to make sure i was happy. Love the new roof and especially love that there is no more water pouring down inside when it rains. Update: I have just had the roof on my house replaced. Sadly, the project manager got into a car accident on the phone with me and the installation crew cut the fiber optic internet cable to my house and then tried to hide it by tucking it into the siding. While I’m ultimately happy with the result, I’d be cautious next time I need major work done."

"This repair was not easy to diagnose but Shawn who was sent out did not give up found the problem and fixed it. The leak was several years after the roof was installed and the leak was small. Turns out the water was leaking between the shingle and the plywood so not visible from the attic . Great company and response to my problem . Thank you tony and Shawn."
