"Steve was on time, absolutely professional, explained how that 'spot' was on the ceiling and how to remove it. The "leak" was an old 'stain' on the ceiling... and we needed no repairs to this roof. We asked that they check the roof yearly to ensure it remains in excellent condition.. *** Found out all good things about our home. They did the original roof in 2000... and again in 2008 as the owners had to replace all the duct work so they removed the roof to do that job. Facts a new homeowner should know!"

"Trafton did our roof when our home was built, and did a GREAT job. Our roof was destroyed by hail, and insurance set us up with another roofer. We were much less happy with the result. When our roof got hit again with hail, we insisted on Trafton. They were GREAT. The roof we lived is back! Tim, Tara and the whole crew are great to work with. Tara helped us coordinate other trades (gutters, etc) and did a fantastic job working with our insurance. She kept me informed about the status of things much better than the insurance company. "My husband and I are very pleased with the metal roof that Triple Crown put on our home. We got 3 different quotes, and even though Triple Crown wasn’t the cheapest, we decided to go with them because we’ve been around long enough to know that the cheapest and the best are rarely the same thing. "Quality workmanship and completed home roof replacement within a few days. Overall cleanup of large debris was excellent, however there were some negatives to our experience. 1st, the roll off container for the debris still sits in my driveway, 6 days after the work was completed. Have called, daily, multiple times each day, to get an ETA of container removal, and only get the answering service, during office hours. They take a message and promise a return call, yet no responses from company as of this review. 2nd, workers left cigarette butts and food waste in my yard, for me to clean up. 3rd and, in my opinion, the unprofessional of all of it, is the small debris, especially screws, nails, sharp pieces of scrap metal scattered throughout my property. Unacceptable to return home, after work was completed and crew gone, to find all this debris. Would like to safely use my driveway, walk my property, and have my dogs run freely, without fear of injury, which already happened twice, during my personal cleanup of the debris. Workmanship, superior customer service, and accountability. They only came through on workmanship, which is what I recommend them for; be prepared for the hassle with the rest of it."

"I recently purchased a home that had significant water damage to an exterior wall.  I got estimates from multiple people and initially went with another company since Gary's price was a little higher due to the fact he wanted to do a more extensive rebuild.  After the first company I hired dug into the wall they realized the damage was worse than they thought and they were not licensed to do what needed to be done.  I called Gary back and he came by the very next morning to assess the situation.  He honored his earlier estimate even though what the other company had messed up was going to take him more work to fix.  Once he started working, he realized that whoever initially built the wall had not done a good job and some things were not up to code, which again created more work for him.  We eventually got everything put back together for roughly the initial estimate, even after the additional materials and labor. <br /> A month or two after he finished the work, my roof developed a leak near where he had been working.  Even though it was likely not his fault (I had a new roof installed by a different company right around the same time), simply because there was a small chance that it might have been, he returned multiple times to troubleshoot where the leak was coming from.  He eventually completely redid a small portion of the roof in the area where the leak was and that fixed the problem.  Meanwhile, the new doorjamb that he had installed warped slightly due to the Florida humidity, causing the door to become crooked.  He came and fixed this problem also, no questions asked. <br /> I am a first-time homeowner, meaning I didn't know a lot going into this process .  Gary was and continues to be extremely helpful.  In my opinion he is a very trustworthy and skilled contractor."

"AWESOME, Steve Hise came to my home to give me an estimate on my roof repair/replace. he gave me an estimate (which was BEST OF THREE THAT I GOT) then said but you shouldn't have to pay at all. then he explained the problem and said to call original roofers. And he went a step further and called the owners of the other company himself (as he knew them and said they were an honorable company). They are doing a NEW ROOF AT NO CHARGE and I was getting estimates up to $10,000. Thank your STEVE HISE for being so kind AND HONEST. I WILL USE YOU ALWAYS IN THE FUTURE AS WILL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS."

"An inspection was needed on our roof because of a recent hailstorm, so we called Energy Roofing to come out to inspect. Our roof was replaced not too long ago. Dave and Christy called us back immediately on that Friday and made an appointment to come by the following Monday. They were here when they said they would be and came prepared to get on the roof to inspect. All went well and there was no significant damage. We appreciated the fast response and would absolutely use Energy Roofing when needed in the future."
