They came out, found the unit was faulty. They replaced in a couple of hours. Didn't cost me a dime. They said they stand by there products. "I had to replace my old boiler heat as it was not repairable. So I purchased a NEW wall-mounted, modulating gas, condensing, combination Boiler. It replaces BOTH my boiler heater & Hot water tank. The new unit is attached up on wall with a small tank, gas, water lines below. The 2nd pic is where old hot water heater used to sit. Now I have all that extra storage space!! And no need for upkeep & repairs on a big old hot water heater!! The only thing I can complain about was that they were here for 12 hrs!! start to finish. Plus I was here sitting practically on top of a space heater dressed very warmly all day. And of course this was in January 2025 in northwest Indiana. I think this was a 1st time install for them in an older home not a new build. I would have rated them as a 5 star if not for the LONG DAY it took to be installed. They all were very nice, kind & cleaned up their mess. They brought large painter cloths to put down on floors due to going in out in the snow also."

"I’m extremely satisfied with Regional. We had three sump pumps that needed to be replaced (primary, secondary, and water powered backup). The quote was very reasonable, and they were able to do the work shortly after their initial visit. They replaced everything with Liberty pumps. Justin and Erich did the work and they were very professional. We had them quote out a couple of other items (replacing water heater, etc) and those quotes were also very reasonable. I will definitely hire them for future jobs."

"He was supposed to start on November 9 called off and did show up on November 10 to install the thermostat that I provided. He worked on it for couple hours and then told me that the thermostat was faulty. He told me to return it and he would buy one and return the next day. After he left, I noticed one of the prongs were bent and I straightened it out and the thermostat worked and the heater kicked on. He still maintained that it was faulty, so I did return it and he came back with one exactly like it the next day. I reimbursed him for that. Again, he worked on it for a couple hours and the same issue that we’ve had from the beginning of the fan not turning off remained. He told me that there is no way it’s wired wrong so it has to be in the unit asked for payment which I gave him $125 in cash. I might add that he used my tools which I found quite odd. I ended up having to call out another contractor because he told me it had to be the unit. Cliffs informed me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the unit and he even referred to it as “Cherry“ He checked everything out and then asked me about the thermostat and I said it was brand new and installed through Angi. He took the cover off and in a split second said I see exactly what the problem is. It’s c wired wrong. (THIS WOULD MEAN THL WIRED IT WRONG TWICE) He pointed out the green wire should not be connected at all. That is what is making the fan run continuously. He disconnected the wire and it worked perfectly. This cost me $218.00 for the service call/tune up."

"If I could give less than one star I would. Hired Alvie to replace a porch and install some new exterior doors. He bid the job, took the 50% deposit and I chased him for weeks to start. Didn’t purchase supplies he quoted and I paid for. Rarely showed up when he said he would. Tons of excuses. Asked for gas money to come work on my job Then wanted more money before job was completed. The work done was not as agreed or quoted. Finally ended up firing him. Have to hire someone else to finish work"
