"The surface of the concrete looks good, but that's about the only plus I can give. I requested that the curb match what is currently installed up and down the block. I even pointed to the neighbors curb and driveway across the street and said to match that. What they put in doesn't match and now leaves a notched out section of asphalt in the street where their curb sticks out further. When I complained about it, the guy had the nerve to say if it was in front of his house that's how he would like it. (personally I couldn't care less what he wants in front if his house). Then about six months later I found that the base under the concrete in front of the garage wasn't deep enough and the water from the roof got under the concrete, froze, lifted the slab and inch above the floor of the garage... and then cracked. They said all they could do is fix the crack. Which is useless unless they tear it out and fix the base so the water has someplace to go."

"We sorely need to replace our busted up asphalt driveway.  A search on this site pointed me to Mendoza Concrete.  <br /> Susan Mendoza, runs the office.  She sounds like the happiest person ever.  I told he what we need and she said she will send him out that day.  <br /> Mr. Mendoza arrived within 2 hours.  He is the type of guy who looks you in the eye and gives you the straight answers. We agreed on a price and he set it all in motion. Within days, weather permitting he and his crew showed up On Monday - 8 AM.  By 5:30 PM, the driveway was poured (12 yards), broomed and sealed.  This crew of hardworking guys were amazing to watch.  They all worked together without talking.  Each knew what needed to be done and jumped on this job like so many ants on a candy bar.  <br /> 7 AM , Tuesday, Mr. Mendoza arrived to make the relief cuts in the concrete.  He and his crew replaced the grass and landscape along the new drive.  They used a power blower, raked and cleaned up the area.  We were left with a most professional looking driveway. <br /> <br />"

I have an unusual pattern to my drive way but they assured me they could match it except the color (this was expected due to old concrete to new concrete). Day of the job the crew was on time. "I received quotes from multiple companies and they were all comparable. All other companies spent approx 45 min looking at the house and taking measurements. Ayes spent 4 hours total at my home. Very comprehensive, professional and knowledgeable. My home required 21 Helix Piers which are much preferred to Push Piers. Matt was my contact person, Evan was on site. Just an excellent job all round. Evan team hit a main water pipe which caused a small leak in the basement. Matt drove 90 min to my home at 9pm arriving at 10.30 pm to ensure me they would fix the problem. The local water dept turned off the water, Matt spoke with them and had the bill taken care of. The next morning the pipe was repaired and we were off and running. Matt did not leave my home until after 11pm and a 90 min drive home. That is what I call customer service.
