"Our front door had been damaged by an attempted break-in for years and was getting progressively worse. We were pretty much unable to open it some days last winter. The salesperson that came out was friendly and well-informed. He went through all of our options and we decided on both a new front door and a new sliding glass door to the patio. The front door had many options that we went through which included the style of the door, the inside and outside colors and the style of the windows on either side of the door. He provided us with a quote which we accepted and he gave us what turned out to be a very accurate timeframe of when the doors would be installed. As we waited for the doors to be installed, Bee Window kept us apprised of where we were in the process and we worked out a couple areas in which there were questions. Installation day was scheduled and the installers arrived on time. It took a few hours for both doors to be installed. Before leaving, the installer guided me through opening and locking both doors and answered any questions that I had. They did a great job cleaning up the mess, both inside and outside of the house. The only negative I had with the entire process is that I felt that the price was a bit high. But after having the doors, and especially the new front door, I am more satisfied with this purchase than any other home improvement purchase I have made over the past 20+ years. The door is fantastic -- it closes properly and keeps the sound out and has zero gaps and looks absolutely beautiful."

"Another company put a camera in my drain line and told me that a portion of it needed to be replaced which would require tearing up carpeting, digging through concrete and then pouring new concrete. I had RJ Graham come out for a second opinion knowing they would be honest with me about my issue. After reviewing the drain line, it did not need to be replaced and they saved me thousands of dollars! Would highly recommend for honest service!"

"Jim knows what he is doing and is very resourceful/creative at solving difficult problems.  He has been updating my 45 year old home since last summer.  If you expect a rigid 9a - 5p schedule, that may be difficult due to his purchasing of supplies, crew scheduling, and so on, but he will be there and do what needs to be done to get the job completed well.  Jim does not have a problem with fix-it/touch-up issues which may arise after the big job is done.  I recommend Jim highly and have other future projects, which he will be doing  as well.  In addition, Jim has replaced a outdoor basement window-well, custom built shelving/garden station in the garage, power washed the house exterior . . . the list is long! <br />"

"Jeff did an outstanding job replacing a gate fencepost. He was VERY persistent getting the old post out of the ground (old post was close to 25 years old and let me tell you, it was really well set in the ground!). He was prompt with his work, fairly priced, and the new fencepost is installed securely and the gate rehung correctly. He was on time, here when he said he would be (it was a 2 or 3 step process to install) and a great guy to talk to."

"The two carpenters worked well.   We were puzzled that the new door was installed slightly off center of the original opening probably because they had to use standard pieces of wood.  We were able to hide this in the wide trim we put on. "
