"JR Quality Appliance Service gets five stars from us. Not only was our dish washer repaired and back in service, it was done so without an exorbitant bill for parts that were not needed. We were given tips and ideas for using the dishwasher correctly that we were not doing. We highly recommend their company."

"Indi Appliance repair provides exceptional service, not to mention, fair and honest advice about whether an appliance needs to be repaired or replaced completely. I would highly recommend them."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Josh not only installed my built in oven/microwave but also recognized that my refrigerator had not been installed properly and addressed that. His attention to detail was well worth the slightly higher quote than others. Would absolutely recommend. If more stars were available I would have given them"

"Kept me well informed of the repair process. What they told me at various points turned out to be accurate."

"I contact Jd Appliance Repair last night and he promptly answered and this morning he was able to repair our clothes dryer. Fast and reliable company."

"Edwin did a "GREAT" job. I was highly impressed by his knowledge. personality, punctuality and advice. He fixed my grill and also showed me something else that was going bad and he suggested what I could do to fix it myself. I would definitely hire Mr. Edwin again and would not hesitate referring him to family and friends........"

"Jr company made three trips to house on three seperate days. They tried several parts but failed to repair washer. We decided to buy a new washer and JR gave us a partial refund. II give them credit for trying but still did not repair unit. They wanted to try another part but by that time we gave up and cancelled repair. We were out $ 150.00 for there service call"
