I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. Lorenzo was professional at all times and I could tell by the way that he worked he is an experienced craftsman. They installed a brand new furnace and the job was immaculately done. they came to do the job when promised and finished in a timely fashion. The owner, himself, stayed at the job site after installation to make sure the equipment function good. they also call back after certain time to make sure that everything was good with the system. This is a company that do the job and do not disappear. They care about their customers. I recommend them and will keep using them."
