We were assured that Mark was a reliable contact and for my client to reach out to him to make sure everything was taken care of post settlement. What a mistake. For months, my client and I tried to reach him. We did hear back once to coordinate a time, but once responded, nothing again. These were not groundbreaking repairs, so perhaps they weren’t worth his time, but the lack of communication has been very frustrating. I deal with contractors all the time and understand how some you need to chase down more than others, but definitely would not recommend Mark to clients of mine in fear of a similar experience."

First it took a long time to get the initial estimate (for a replacement). Then it wasn't itemized. When I got the itemized bill (for a replacement) I realized that I was much better off repairing the existing door. When I asked for an estimate to do just that, I got no response. I sent several emails and even called once (left voicemail). No response."
