"John and his team did an outstanding job and we love how the house turned out. John was responsive and trustworthy, treated you like a friend, made great suggestions, and was open and honest from quote to finish. Took the time to walk through each day's progress and go over any questions/concerns. His gutter guy - Mr Michael's Gutters - was also stellar. When I had a defective shingle rear it's ugly head well after the project was completed, one text was all it took and he promptly returned to fix it. Highly recommend!"

"While I was happy with their work and the final product, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow up. I was stood up several times without any one contacting me to let me know they weren’t showing. Totally frustrated I wanted to speak with the owner or at least the manager to let them know. I called and specifically asked for either one. I was told he was unavailable but was assured he would call me back. Needless to say I never heard from him. After spending $43000, the courtesy of a return call would have been appreciated."
