"Insist on a construction site plan, ask if they know how to plum, crown a board and use a level? We ended up with a sagging composite deck. Most unprofessional group we have ever had the misfortune of hiring. Although Star presented herself well, the group we ended up with were obviously unskilled and had we insisted on a permit a majority of the project would not have passed code."
