"Anthony was friendly and punctual.  He came to see the backyard the day after I called him and had his crew come the day after that.  They came to rake out the soil and plant grass seed but also took out some left over concrete and even some large branches from a tree in my yard.  I called Anthony a few times to regarding care of the lawn and he answered all my questions right away. I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak.
