He was out to our house the next day and repaired the damage before it became a bigger issue. He also took the time to look over our roof for other damage and noticed some debris that had collected around one of our gutter downspouts that he cleared out for us. Their were a couple of hiccups but Power was able to rectify the situations. The project was supposed to be a 2 day project, but when taking the old shingles off they noticed the roof decking needed to be repaired because of significant wood rot. They finished the total project in 4 days. Power met every expectation. One part of the process that was a little frustrating was that I didn’t have one point person to talk to if I had questions.
