"They responded quickly to a difficult, chronic problem and fixed it. They also put in preventative measures. My only reason for a 4 star was when they gave me a verbal quote - I agreed to it quickly - I don't like beating people up on price. But then they raised the price $50 "After talking to the office" 5 minutes later. I don't like beating vendors up on price, but I don't like being charged as much as possible. I guess I have to go back to playing the price game. But - other than that, I would hire them again."
