He cleaned up as he worked. Did an outstanding job. If I have to call them again I would ask for him to come out."

"We had our well pressure tank leak and go bad on a weekend (of course), and thus burning out our pump as well. I had contacted several well and pump service companies, but Florida Pump Service responded back in less the 10 minutes. They dispatched a repairman (Johnnie) who was fast, competent and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and set up a temporary pressure tank and new pump, saving me the double time service work of a weekend emergency call. He arranged to return on a weekday where he re-plumbed the tank and pump permanently into our system, and replaced the worn switch and valves. <br /> I noticed later in the day that the pump wasn't promptly shutting off when pressure was reached. The company returned and discovered that the brand new pressure switch was at fault and replaced it again at no additional cost.  While Johnnie was here, he did suggest a few changes to our current system that could make the aeration system work better, but no pressure to buy additional items. Only gave a "B" on cost as service was on the weekend so double cost for call and labor, and the cost of the equipment was a bit higher then expected (about 35% more then if I had purchased the tank and pump myself). But I do understand that a company needs to make a profit and pay its employees. <br /> Will definitely call first next time! <br />"
