"Mr. Hernandez is a true professional! From start to finish he was there to answer any questions and provided insight to issues I had missed. He repaired the stucco cracks and broken areas, took care of covering things as to not get any debris or paint on them. The painting was outstanding. I could go on and on. Wish more contractors were like this. Honest, courteous and professional. I recommend Geovani to anyone!"

"If you need Stucco Repair and painting , this is who you want to hire. My Home looks better than it did when I bought it new construction. Beni explained the whole process and helped me selecting the paint . I love the quality of the paint he used . My stucco was cracked and needed to be fixed . Beni pressure washed the house , repaired the stucco and then painted it. Beni is very accurate and delivers high quality work â ¦ I would give him 10 stars if I could !!!"

Small jobs welcome

"I sent an inquiry on Agniâ s list to have a few small exterior items repaired that would likely show negatively on a home inspection if the home were to be sold. The owner called and came out the same day. I explained that I had a few things that needed to be fixed. He was honest and even told me one was correct rather than take my money for something that didnâ t need to be fixed. He came out and did the repairs, which included wood replacement and painting, and his team did a fantastic job. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone who is in need of random repairs."

"They did a fantastic job. He said what time they would be there in the morning and they were there either at that time or before. He said what time they would be leaving and they had left at that time or shortly there afterwards. Leaving no mess behind. This company does good quality work, they are quick and efficient if I need my house painted again I would definitely call them."

FAQs for traditional stucco repair or partially replace projects in Middleburg, FL

Minor stucco fixes—like sealing small cracks or adding fresh caulk—often wrap up in an hour or two. Larger jobs that call for cutting out damaged sections, installing new lath, and layering fresh stucco can stretch to three or four days because each coat needs time to cure. A pro removes loose material, cleans and dampens the area, applies a bonding agent, and builds up new layers, matching texture and restoring the wall’s weather shield.

Watch for a stucco surface that stays damp days after a storm, develops dark stains, or feels soft or spongy under light pressure. Inside, moisture rings, peeling paint, or soft drywall around windows point to the same issue. Any of these red flags mean water is trapped behind the siding, and it’s time to call a stucco pro before rot or mold sets in.

Give your stucco a once-over every spring and fall. Semiannual checks let you catch hairline cracks, stains, or damp spots before they snowball into pricey repairs. Keep a flashlight handy, look closely around windows and doors, and call a pro if you notice anything soft or discolored. Staying ahead of minor issues protects both your curb appeal and your home’s weather barrier.

A pro starts by scraping away loose material, then cleans and lightly wets the area so new stucco will stick. After brushing on a bonding agent, they build fresh layers, letting each coat cure before adding the next. The final step is matching the texture and color so the patch blends in and the wall regains full weather protection.

Think of repair as a patch: the pro fixes only the visible crack or hole. Remediation goes deeper—crews strip away the compromised stucco, correct the root problem (often water or mold), then rebuild the wall. If tests show structural rot or trapped moisture, remediation is the safer, longer-lasting route; otherwise, a straightforward repair often does the trick.
