"The work is incomplete on the right side of the deck landing the tape is loose and on the left side of the deck landing has no tape. see attached pictures The top of the deck landing stairs the raiser is down on the left side. see attached pictures. The PVC trim around the posts has a hole and a gap. see attached pictures. And the PVC should have been one long piece to cover the stairs. "

"Mr. Kim was great. He came out to inspect the site before the work was done and gave some advice and suggestions on the best way to place the pad as well as how to position the shed on the pad once complete. He gave an estimate and his crew was out the next day to do the work. They even took apart and removed our old shed that was in the location. They did a great job, made sure the site was cleaned up, and even put down soil and grass seed to patch the places that got a little worm from the work. I’d highly recommend them for any concrete projects!"

"It has now been 7 months since we hired C&C. It took them 5 months to create a plan and diagrams. We then proceeded, based on their direction, to get HOA and county approvals. We did not receive the approvals, they have started NO WORK, but refuse to return our $76K deposit that was my elderly parents only savings. We are now in legal suit with the builder. I would not recommend this builder as they make promises they can?t keep and are never responsive by email, phone or text. "
