When I talked to Mauricio before he came to my house I told him I needed junk removed from my basement and hauled away and a queen mattress and other things moved into the basement. He asked me if I would like them to put the mattress into a bed bag and he offered to pick one up for me at Home Depot! It was a great idea to keep the mattress clean while being stored in the basement. Mauricio and his assistant got the job done efficiently and were careful not to damage the walls, etc., while moving things. "It's difficult for me to write this review. I am unsure if the contractor just forgot to follow up with me or didn't received my messages. While I can't complain about the professionalism of the two men that came out to my home, I am disappointed on lack of follow thur on completing the job. I had purchased six hours of labor to complete repairs on a section of drywall. While the work on placing new drywall and the initial taping was completed. The mud work was never not completed. I received a call from the contractor stating the mud work needed to completed at a later date. I called and left a message to  have the remaining work to be completed but no return call. While I understand they may have received a high response to there offer, it doesn't explain the lack of follow-up. I am working with another contractor to completed another job I originally had wanted them to do. I have to say I am disappointed.
