If I didn't know better, I would have thought no work was done on my property. The team took the time to help me setup the app and explained exactly how the system worked. I was so pleased, I decided to have them install a system in my backyard. One really cool feature I wasn't expecting was the automating. The sprinkler is a smart sprinkler system. It tests the moisture in the ground and the weather and will not water the lawn if it doesn't need it. I didn't expect that. Kudos to Geary for being patient and answering all.my questions and concerns. "

"I had a company come out on Saturday and the technician Cassid he couldn t find the main water valve to activate the irrigation system and would need to have a team come out and poke around in my lawn to find it. Needless to say that nothing was accomplished on Saturday. Brothers Irrigation came out this evening and had everything up and flowing in less than an hour for a 16 zone system. Awesome customer service. I ll be having them come back out to winterize and do anything else lawn and garden related."

"The company is disorganized. For the first couple of weeks after booking their services, they kept showing up to the wrong property for lawn services. I had to constantly monitor the workers because they would move things in the yard, blocking my gate from opening. They would sometimes show up within days of each service. They damaged my neighbors wild flowers and made excuses when I asked them to refund or replace them! The workers are not knowledgeable about plants or lawns; they just show up and cut no latter of the lawn needs it or not. The last time they came, I had no growth on my lawn and they came to try and cut anyway. Even after texting the company, she still tried to charge me for the cut when it wasn’t needed and I had also reported it right when they got to my property. Very unprofessional company. Too much effort to monitor their work. Would not recommend."

"Hydro-Tech just completed a 6-zone irrigation system for our home. Their crew of 6 installed the system, designed by Hydro-Tech’s Billy McDonald, during a 9-hour day. Their workmanship as well as the quality of the installation and materials were simply outstanding. Rugged, securely-mounted conduit runs to the control box in our garage, all outside plumbing is heavy duty and the single above ground winterizing control is securely-soldered copper pipe. Over 40 underground spray heads were installed to cover our lawn, shrubs and landscaping. Hydro-Tech ran conduit under our driveway, flagstone sidewalk and throughout our property and excavated a 5 Ft. hole for access to our side of the water meter. Although some flowers didn’t survive, the restoration after all of this activity was absolutely remarkable – you might say almost unbelievable if you’d seen the process halfway through the day. One company we considered taps into the water supply in the basement. To us, that’s an unnecessary complication, another hole in the house foundation and an issue for emergency access should a problem arise when we’re not at home. Hydro-Tech’s water controls are all outside, including a rain sensor that halts irrigation when, of course, it rains, but we’ve seen a lot of irrigation systems running in the rain. This simple though certainly not unique device is another indication of the care, quality, engineering and experience behind Hydro-Tech’s efforts. Hydro-Tech’s price - and certainly value - was the best we found. Thank You Billy McDonald and Thank You Hydro-Tech!"
