"We hired Signature Space Renovation LLC when we were doing some fixing up of our house prior to selling it. The job consisted of repairs to 2 ceilings both of which were textured, removal of wallpaper from 2 rooms, and the painting of 2 rooms and 3 ceilings. Rick did a great job removing the wallpaper and preparing and painting the rooms. I had been concerned about the textured ceilings but he did an excellent job at matching the texture. Certainly I would hire them again. The only minor issue we had is that we were rushed to get the job done. We should have started on it a month or so before we did. Thus, we gave Rick a rather short time frame in which to complete the work. As Rick is very meticulous in what he does, we were running into a time issue. However, I will say that he does all he can to get it done. In the end the work we needed was completed and we were very pleased with the work he did which certainly made the house more saleable."

My business is a small business with only myself, the owner, and generally one or two helpers unless the job calls for more. Most of the work we do is done by us that way we can control the quality better. We will occasionally use a sub contractor for specialized trades, but we use the same trusted businesses every time! We do not accept credit cards at this time but checks or cash is fine. We are not doing any financing at this time so we take deposits when work starts and generally whatever is left is do at completion of project.
"Paul is a great contractor. He has a ton of skills, some great employees and subs and he does great, creative work in a collaborative fashion. We first worked with Paul and his crew when we did an extensive kitchen remodel. This job included all new tile, cabinets, all plumbing fixtures, and new appliances, as well as the installation of radiant floor heating, new windows and doors, and electrical and plumbing relocation. The job also included the installation of a new laundry room including plumbing, gas, and electrical. The whole job went very smoothly and we are very pleased with the results. We also had Paul install a large deck on our house which is amazing, the deck is on it's third summer and it's holding up great and is super solid. Paul also installed a paver stone walkway and patio for us. This project included building the walk way up from a sunken site and incorporating large sandstone barn stones to match our 1850 farm house. Paul is a great mason and tile guy for sure. Overall, I've found Paul Baucco to be easy to get along with, fun to work with, punctual and honest. He really gives contractors a good name."
