"I love my new fence! It looks amazing and is well constructed. The team was respectful and efficient and they started and completed the project within the exact time window I was given, in spite of the intense heat the days they worked and an issue where their lumber supplier did not deliver the wood as planned. The team went to pick up the wood themselves and still completed the work on time! They were also quick to respond to my quote request and the work was completed just a few weeks after I first contacted them. I had a really good experience with this team and have already recommended them to friends! I would hire them again if needed, though the fence is so well constructed I do not anticipate needing their services again any time soon."

He came out quickly to discuss the project with us and provided useful information about the different options and their pros/cons. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push another fencing type on us like another contractor did. We received a quote the same day shortly after our meeting. It was much more reasonable than the others we received. There were a few months between us receiving the quote and deciding to move forward with the project. They ran out to every supplier they knew until they found the extra panels they needed to finish. "After setting a start date Mr. Hargrove failed to show up and sent someone who we never met to pick up the installment pay. He was not knowledgeable about the job he was contracted to do. The railings were not installed correctly in fact it was a safety issue - if leaned on one could possibly knock it over. Called several times requesting him to repair, made false promises. To correct the problem we hired someone else to correct the job.
