"Terrence and his team repaired radiant barrier in attic in addition to preparing the attic for blown insulation. They went above and beyond! Terrence noticed the exhaust from my furnace that vents to the outside was separated and immediately repaired it. This would be like exhaust from a car going into my attic! "Great communication and quick scheduling of estimate. The guys showed up and were extremely respectful of my property. "They came here on time. Checked evap coil condition, drain pan, float switches, blower motor, and cleaned drain line. Since the unit is 14 years old, they recommend us not wasting money to do repair, but consider to replace the unit, an honest suggestion.

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."
