"Matt did a great job in locating and installing a replacement hot water tank. He was very thorough and explained everything as he was doing the work. Beyond the original work he quoted, he also replaced an old shutoff valve and was able to maintain the original estimate. He also called me the day before the appointment to confirm that everything was ready for the appointment day and time. Start to finish was a little over 2 hours to drain and remove the old tank, replace the old valve, fabricate new water line adapters and install the tank. He reviewed the operation with me and lighting the pilot and the indicators on the heater ignition controller."

We could tell that his priority was doing the work correctly rather than blowing through to get on with the next job. It took some creative carpentry to 'wrap' the supporting pressure treated wood with a timber tech fascia to obtain a uniform look and Norb was up to the task. He was always personally on site. He even noticed that a poorly hung rain gutter was dripping and damaging the previous deck. He removed and rehung the gutter, and replaced the foam leaf blocking system. It's rare to find someone who cares about a project as if it was his own home."
