From the initial inquiry, a home visit by Jay to review items to be moved, loading and unloading - all the steps - Jay and his team responded to all my emails/calls and to any questions. I had to make some changes to the inventory to be moved and I didn’t have any issues. The team disassembled and reassembled necessary items. All my items were taken care of and were delivered in the same condition they were picked up. Highly recommended First-Rate without any hesitation!"

"Absolutely perfect. I need to thank all those members that gave A reviews. You were so right. George responded immediately to my call and set up a time to move my items. He gave me a reasonable estimate and explained the pricing. I was moving a very heavy antique wood stove, estimated to weigh at least 450 pounds. The movers arrived exactly on time, were incredibly professional and pleasant. They got that wood stove out in no time. DId I mention that they had to take it down a flight of stairs, 14 steps and out the front door down 4 more steps. They also moved a stacking washer/ dryer, patio tables,and a dresser. They drove the stuff to the Cape where my brother was equally impressed with their work. They worked so efficiently that they were well under the estimated time and my bill was so much less than the very reasonable quote. I really could not be happier! "The guys were professional and very accommodating. They provided materials and packed some breakables that were too big for us to pack. They even took down our big screen TVs and disconnected our washer and dryer! They did a good job of maximizing space at our storage unit as well. Very satisfied with their service."

"This Company move us before at Our House but this time was My Mom who needs the services so I call them again at the last second and Erica was so polite and understand the situation perfect so 4 Movers arrive at my Mom's at 8:00 AM and not stop until everything was done at her new House, I believe that we use Five Stars Movers 3 or 4 times and everytime they surprise me with a different crew which always hard working Man. "Top notch white glove service all around. We hired Pro Express Moving with little notice as our new home in Florida become available a month early. Scrambling to find time to pack, Pro Express suggested to do the packing for us and honestly, it was a blessing. We worked out a timeline where we handed them the keys to our home in NJ the day before the move and we stayed at a hotel. We stopped by late in the afternoon on the day of the move and were pleasantly surprised on how perfect the packing of our things was. We left them and got a call from Pro when they were finished packing. We came back to do a walkthrough and everything was done better than expected. They scheduled the delivery to Florida per our timeline and arrived aas scheduled. They unpacked everything and it all arrived without a scratch. The managers and workers are super nice. The cost was as quoted with no surprises. This is our 6th move in 20 years and I wish I had used Pro Express with all of them. "
