". The repairman arrived on time but was accompanied by another employee that he was training. I feared that the teaching process would add to the time to do the repair. Once they came inside it took the repairman a few minutes to get his iPad loaded with the my appliances repair guide, once they had this the trainee set about working. He basically knew what he needed to do and when he wasn't sure he asked and followed the repairman's directions. They tried a few things but then quickly told me that I needed to replace the ice maker. They had the part with them and switched it out in just a few min. They said that the ice maker wouldn't drop ice cubes for a Couple of hours and that I should watch for them. I was given a total cost and payed. before they left they said that if I didn't have ice by tomorrow they would need to return and replace the fridge's main controll board. A part that was equally as expensive as the ice maker and that would take time to order. Overall I was pleased with their service. They were prompt, knowledgable and friendly. Additionally when I voiced a concern about paying another costly service call fee if a return trip was needed to complete the repair. I was told that if this this happened I would not be charged the service call fee again."
