The tech was extremely courteous and certainly knew what he was doing because he had the door repaired and working perfectly in less than an hour! I would definitely not hesitate using this contractor again. Well done!"

"I wish I remember the name of the guy who came out. He worked efficiently and kept up an interesting conversation the whole time. I ran some ideas by him, and he gave me honest feedback based on his many years of experience. He gave me a bid (at a similar rate) for 3 more screens. The only negative is one of the screens began to work loose...I think it was my great-niece's fault for grabbing around the frame instead of using the handle (sliding door), but I wish it had held up better and longer."

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
