"Our Home was in need of a complete exterior update. We went online looking for potential contractors and the very 1st person to contact us was Jeremy from Sensible Home Products. Jeremy came to visit my wife and I and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. He was very helpful and patient with us in selecting the siding, roofing and the front door for our home. In fact, as we struggled to select the siding and roofing colors, Jeremy with a broken foot arranged for us to meet him at his siding and roofing distributors. Looking at planks of siding and full shingles instead of the small product samples allowed us to make great color decisions. You talk about going up and above to satisfy a potential new customer. Jeremyâ s follow-up and attention to detail is his greatest strength. I was sold on Jeremy on the 1st, of the probably 10 visits he made to our home before we signed the contract last October. We also want to give a shout-out to Jeremy crews that worked on our home. The roofing crew of 7 came and completed our roof in one day. The crew worked in harmony together, did a great job and cleaned up the yard diligently to get every nail. The siding crew came the following Monday. These 3 gentlemen were also very professional and expertly skilled in stripping down and putting back up the new siding and trim. Along the way the siding crew uncovered 4 locations of the house that were damaged by the weather and expertly repaired those areas. The guys worked neat and clean and they were all very courteous. Jeremy used great contractors to replace our gutters and exterior lights. In addition, would like to provide a special shout out to Hemi from Hemi Garage Doors as our new garage doors look wonderful. Since completion of the project I have been stopped by several couples walking by the house to say they love all the upgrades made to our home. Special thank you to Jeremy in putting up with me and my attention to detail. We love the work you and crew completed for us. "Great work overall but had a few issues: 1) installer fell through ceiling, requiring ceiling sheet rock to be replaced. Took a couple of weeks for them to do it and never told us it would take the guy 3 days to complete. We had to take 3 days off work (loss of income; no work, no pay) which went uncompensated. 2) Informed Jeremy skylight was a special size no longer made. Told me not to worry about it after coming back to re-measure. On roofing day, sure enough, skylight didn’t fit and a custom one had to be ordered, requiring another unpaid day off to allow for installation. 3) to hide the imperfections from the skylight installation, they put in several border boards that don’t match color scheme but are also unevenly installed, requiring me to have to fix it. Other than this, the job was done right aside from a few left over nails. Fabio and the installation team were very efficient and did good work."

From estimate to cleanup, Sonny responded promptly, thoroughly explained what it would take to repair / replace neglected (and leaking) areas on both house and garage roofs, and followed through with great work that was on schedule and according to budget. Other contractors I called were only interested in whole roof replacement, which I cannot afford right now. Sonny offered a gradual replacement under terms I can realistically consider. "Every home owner eventually needs (or will need) a new roof. Expense is one of the driving factors that usually determines the vendor BUT a more economical long range decision should be made based on quality. Quality of product, installation and service are essential components of this decision. This is why we chose to go with Power for our new roof and gutters. EVERY interaction with each employee was customer-centric. They patiently listened to our requirements and concerns and then offered effective solutions during and throughout the entire process. (The warranty was also the best available.) Power is a large company with multiple locations across the country, ours was headquartered in Maryland but the work was completed in Virginia. This geographic distance did not adversely effect the outcome. From the initial salesperson (who took the gutsy risk of letting me visit and talk with two neighborhood customers while he waited outside before signing our contract) through the schedulers, work execution and Quality Control final inspection we were well pleased. The work started on time and was completed on time. Numerous personal phone calls and visits by the Power inspectors provided us with the comforting conclusion that we made the correct choice for a truly professional contractor. With our 50 year labor and product warranty I doubt we will need to redo our roof in our lifetime BUT if we move we would definitely chose Power again!
