"Pierce Shallis has taken care of our property for several years, and our property is always left in beautiful condition. His workers and site managers are professional, friendly, and well-trained. Last week we had some plants and river rocks installed next to blue stone steps that were installed last year. Again the work was professionally completed. We have had John as our site manager for the last four visits to our property installing drainage and plants as well as spring clean-up. He is very focused on the job to be completed but always evaluates other areas of the property to ensure that it is in good condition. On this visit he noticed problems with our ivy and indicated that he would research possible solutions. He is a great team leader working along with the other workers. We are fortunate to have found Pierce Shallis."

"Santos repaired brickwork on steps and porch foundation; also repaired and painted attic windows and a decorative window on an upper floor. He had to come back to complete the work (because of weather) and he did that promptly. His fee was very reasonable."

"We had a total remodel of our kitchen with removal of walls and basically everything gutted down to the studs. Jim work with us through the initial design of the kitchen all the way through the final walk through. Our kitchen is FANTASTIC! Jim was able to provide valuable insight throughout the process and guided us through all of the key decisions on layout and construction plans. When challenges came up or unexpected repairs were needed, Jim explained the approach and got everything set up perfectly.
