"The provider was late. I understand that problems arise. But a call would have been nice.  We had area rugs cleaned in the living room, dining room, family room, dinette area and some runners. The process was extremely fast. But the carpets were soaked. It took 3 days for them to dry and we ended up having to put the runners outside and in the garage to get them dry. We were worried about the hardwood floors under the area rugs being damaged from so much water. 
We have done the carpets ourselves in the past with a rental machine. Within 3-4 hours the rugs were dry to the touch and cleaner. As it stands, many of the stain areas seem worse now, only 4 months later.

I loved the fact that you could walk on them almost instantly and didn't have to wait 12 to 24 hours for them to dry. Jamar was the technician and took the time to explain the entire procedure to me.
