I had 15 windows that needed cleaning, some windows had not been cleaned in 10 years and he made those windows looked like they were brand new windows. He was very precise in doing his work, it started raining just before he had completed the job, but he continued until he was through. I highly recommend Joshua for any cleaning of windows. "Defiance did an amazing job power washing the exterior of my house. It’s an older home and clearly hadn’t been washed in a very, very long time. They brightened up the house and also cleaned the windows, tracks and sills. The windows look like mirrors when the sun is shining on the outside or a light is reflecting from the inside. When looking at my yard through one of the windows, looks like you can reach right out and touch the grass as if the pane of glass wasn’t even there. So grateful they were able to perk this place up! Great communication and they were very knowledgeable about all the exterior siding and windows of an older house. Highly recommend!"

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing.
