"I purchased the 1-hour deal knowing I had a list of projects of more than one hour, having just moved into an older house.  They were quick to respond on scheduling the deal, set a date within a few days, and came out on time.  I had asked if they could come early in the AM (around 8), and they said they would try - they ended up coming later in the morning, but still within the 8-11 am timeframe scheduled (arrived 1015.)  The electrician, John, helped me sort through options for my list and prioritize the work, including realizing that what I thought I needed for the alarm system could actually be done in a simpler way.  He then did all the stuff I decided to have done with a minimum of complications, and left me with a recommendation and rough estimate for further work on the item we didn't address (the bathroom circuit.)  I didn't comparison shop on prices, but it seemed reasonable enough.  He was also good at cleaning up after his work, which hasn't been my experience with other electricians.  I would definitely use them again for further electrical work.
