The owner (Rich) was very attentive, knowledgeable in construction, and had experience in working with insurance companies to secure the money needed to do the repairs the right way. There were several steps involved which included repainting the entire ceiling, but Mike did not cut any corners, and did things right the first time. He works very hard, with a measure of Integrity you don’t always find with contractors. He arrived on time, and his work was very fairly priced. Mr. Nastasi worked a full day each day he was here. He also was honest and direct - he told me when he would arrive in morning, and he did. He told me when he had to complete another job so he might have to leave early or miss a day. Many Subs aren't professional enough to simply tell the truth. He always did.
