The owner (Rich) was very attentive, knowledgeable in construction, and had experience in working with insurance companies to secure the money needed to do the repairs the right way. "Mike and, his helper did a fantastic job repairing the drywall crack in our dining room ceiling. There were several steps involved which included repainting the entire ceiling, but Mike did not cut any corners, and did things right the first time. He thoroughly cleaned up afterwards, and you would never know that we had had work done, except for the fact that the ceiling was as good as new. He works very hard, with a measure of Integrity you don’t always find with contractors. He arrived on time, and his work was very fairly priced. He will be on my shortlist for any home repairs in the future."

The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt all the steps and railings. I had my bathroom grouted, caulked, and repaired. I needed my kitchen to be refreshed and a new kitchen floor. In addition, the kitchen, dining room, lower and upstairs hallway, and living room were in need of repair and needed to be painted. Mr. Nastasi worked a full day each day he was here. He also was honest and direct - he told me when he would arrive in morning, and he did. Frank, the owner, worked closely with us throughout, being thorough in his initial assessment in measurements of the roof, ordering roofing materials, explaining the process, etc. Because our existing roof underwent storm/wind damage, Frank even helped coordinate with our insurance company's adjuster, who also inspected the roof.
