"Corey provided a thorough inspection of our existing roof and then pointed out potential problem area and areas definitely needing fixing. He, then, thoroughly explained the roofing process and the materials to be used. He made sure all of our question were answered before preparing his proposal for the roof and gutter replacement. The day of the roof install, Corey, Dan and his crew arrived before 7:30 AM. It was nonstop work from then until the old roof had been removed, the new roof installed and the area was clean up was completed by 6:30 PM. Corey and Dan were constantly checking to see if everything was satisfactory and did a complete walk around before leaving for the day. The gutters were installed a few day later, as agreed. The gutter crew was very meticulous in installing the gutters and downspouts. Corey was here for the gutter install and did another walk around when they were installed. "MJA Contracting did a lot of work on my house as stated above from the roof to new windows siding a new deck around my pool cement some exterior doors will changed they did woodwork around my windows and the interior of the house everything was as discussed we knew the prices up front and the time frame that the work would be done. "The installation process went as planned. After the insulation, I expected a follow up to see how things went. After all, that's what happened after they did my window installation. No follow up took place. I gave it a few weeks to see if they would call or come by to see. After waiting I placed a call to address my concerns. The roof installation went fine, but they left debris on the brand new windows they installed along with splashing some black substance on my siding. I guess they expected the rain to wash it all away. They also left large piece of wood in my drive way and nails in my driveway and around my house. I was assured that someone would call me back since the members of the team handling my account was in a meeting. It is now been a week and no call back. That must be a heck of a meeting."
