At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! "We met first with Sam who was upfront about what needed to be done and wrote the contract the way we wanted so that there would be no surprises during the installation. Sam provided some additional carpentry work and guaranteed the price even if there was additional work needed. The crew arrived as promised at 8 am on Monday. They were incredible! By nightfall, they had removed both layers of roofing, installed all-new plywood decking, repaired rafters, added roof supports, and completed the project including clean-up. We were impressed with Nick and Donny who supervised the project. Sam kept in touch with us throughout the day. The next day they sent Miguel who vacuumed the attic and did some additional work.
