"Would not recommend. I contacted Rons Appliance to fix the washer at my business. They sent Dan, who after a few minutes told me it wasn?t worth fixing but offered to sell me a used washer for $500 with delivery the next day. He claimed it was in great shape and came from his daughter's house. I agreed.The next day, no show from Rons Appliance. After many calls and texts, Dan finally responded, saying he had a death in the family and would deliver the washer a week later. Totally understandable, things happen. He finally brought the washer and offered a 90-day warranty. The washer started leaking the very next day. I contacted Dan and Rons Appliance multiple times, but received no response. It took weeks for him to respond. He gave another story claiming to have been hurt on the job but said hed come look at it the next day. Next day, no rons appliance or dan. Can't leave the full review because only 999 characters are allowed. Had to call another company to fix the machine"

"The repair was completed (cables and springs for dishwasher door were replaced) but after the repair I now have a problem with the water inlet valve. Don't know if the repair caused the problem. Astre said it wasn't caused by them. But they didn't disconnect the water line before yanking the dishwasher out from under the counter so maybe, maybe not. I'm going try another service for the valve replacement."
