After doing some research, it was determined I had a freon leak and it was not worth repairing as it would not hold freon anymore. They refunded my repair money and only charged me for the service call less $20 since they could not repair the unit. My only complaint is they do not get back to you when promised. You have to keep after them for updates and information. Because of their repair approach and honesty, I do recommend them."
