"Lou is an ideal contractor. Clear communications, true to his word and easy to work with. He replaced a fairly complex outdoor sump pump which a Master Plumber could not figure out. Highly recommend him for any waterproofing needs!"

"Fantastic!!! My first call (on a Saturday) was returned in ~30 minutes. Since it wasn’t an emergency I was asked if the office could call me back on Monday to set an appointment - which was fine. Kristen called first thing Monday morning and worked with me to set a convenient time. I explained that the repairs were needed at my mother’s home (in a resort community) and that my mother’s aide would be present but I could not meet with the technician and would need to coordinate payment remotely. None of this was a problem and, in fact, they even offered to purchase the replacement faucet she needed for me since I couldn’t be there to arrange for it prior to the appointment. The estimate was given before the work began and the bill was for the same amount despite the technician having to make a couple of extra supply runs during the repair. I paid promptly by phone and received a receipt within the same day. Overall, a big sigh of relief to know I found a reputable company that was responsive, fair and understanding of my situation. I wish them continued success and prosperity!"

"Jimmy and his team did a great job with our job. They handled a few extra items for us on top of the water heater replacement and sump pump replacement."

"Joseph was awesome, lined out the issue for me, gave me options, replaced the flapper and told me what I needed to know. Very happy with the service. Job completed quickly - satisfied."

"William came over when we had a leak going from our shower into the basement, and he honestly saved the day! He took the time to really listen and figure out exactly what was wrong, and he had the problem fixed relatively quickly. He was extremely professional, respectful, personable, and just an all-around great person to have in our home. He cleaned everything up when he was finished, and by the next day everything was completely back in order. I was honestly blown away by the entire experience. It’s not every day you come across someone who is so knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely pleasant at the same time. I would absolutely recommend William to everyone!
