He showed me pictures of the plants and gave me a very fair written estimate of the cost. He asked for a reasonable deposit and we scheduled a date for the work to be done. He started when he said he would and finished on the same day. His crew is wonderful, polite and very hardworking. They worked from the time they arrived in the morning until early evening adding the unexpected bonus of mowing the back and front yard. Don checked to see that everything was done correctly and to see if I was satisfied. The front looks wonderful and I am more than just satisfied. We are a retail store that also provides services in the form of openings, closings, maintainence, tech service, repairs, FREE COMPUTERIZED water testing and FREE delivery ($40 min.).

"Closing went fine. Opening on the other hand was a disaster. Paid two hundred dollars for them to take the cover off and roll it in a ball and reconnect filter and heater which were not connected correctly. I have air bubbles and a drip from the fittings not on right, therefore no chlorine in my pool because the filter does not have the right pressure. Asked them to come fix it, charged me to fix it now I have more air and bubbles and a bigger drip and even less pressure. Said they would return this morning no show, no call. When I spoke to the owner Rick he was unnecessarily rude. Basically blaming me. If I knew anything about pools I wouldn’t need a pool company, I never claimed to be pool savvy this being a new pool and all. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business. Rude service, unknowledgeable staff (or just lazy). Save yourself the headache and look for another company."
