"We had a great experience with Westside Building and Restoration, Inc. Initially, we called Westside to look at our front and back porch roofs. Alan advised that the front porch only need very little minor repair, to correct the drainage. And the back roof would need considerable more. I was afraid to hear what that would cost. I was able to do my own research prior to committing and Alan's cost to repair the back porch roof was right on par and a little better. The team arrived on time from the onset, finished the job without delay and went over all of the repairs. With that being said, I asked Alan to do a few more minor repairs such as installing a window and repair the hinges, wood work on the carport doors. Buckey took the extra step to put vinyl on the top portion of the doors to prevent future wood rot. Buckey and Chris was so kind, wonderful to talk too and so professional. My neighbors stopped by to see the final jobs and was so impressed, now Alan has new customers. The Westside office team always responded to my text or emails if we had questions. The Westside team worked around our schedule. in the end, we are so happy Alan and his team made this process run smoothly. The final projects turned out great!!!"

He is a gentleman & professional who is a joy/pleasure to work with. He corrected all the shoddy work the flippers did on the cheap & turned my kitchen into a highend, custom-made gem. Where the spaces between doors were not even, he installed wider doors to close the gap. Behind the dishwasher, he removed the temp guide board used to install the counter - so that the dishwasher would not stick out so much. "Two men arrived. I opened the garage doors so they could see and hear it. Doors did not open or close evenly and squeaked. <br /> Pulleys were not part of the package but he suggested I change them out. Said it would cost $120. I said no, that was too expensive. So he said he would do both doors for $70 and I agreed. They were done in about 30 minutes and both doors were opening and closing smoothly with no squeaking. Since I haven't had any maintenance on these doors since they were installed 9 years ago, I think it was a vital service and I believe it was a good price, although I just noticed an offer from Angie's List at $89. per door. Still, it is a good thing to have done. I recommend them. <br />"

"Eduardo and his assistant arrived on time. They wall mounted my TV and also installed an in-wall wiring kit which I provided. He adjusted a closet door that wouldn't close properly. He installed a reducer trim piece where my hardwood floor meets the kitchen tile. It was done perfectly. They also trimmed the end caps on my baseboard heater covers to fit properly. Ed and his assistant cleaned up after themselves. I'm very happy with their work. I'm going to use him again for future projects."
