That was changed to 7/17, and the plumber let me know that he wouldn't actually be available until 7/18. I had not had any hot water for 3 days, so when Mike from All Trades contacted me on Thursday and said that they could install a water heater on Friday 7/15, I was very happy. They took out a dead 30 gallon Sears electric hot water heater and were able to replace it with a 40 gallon AO Smith electric hot water heater on Friday 7/15, so I not only got a new top rated hot water heater, I got a 40 gallon replacement for the old 30 gallon heater. All Trades did a very professional job, and completed it within a time frame that allowed me to make a 1 pm Dr's appointment with time to spare."

He completely replaced out inner pipe stem and faucet system in bathroom shower, including cutting through sheet rock etc. The existing system was damaged and not repairable. The work was very clean. Joe specifically replaced hot and cold spigots in the basement connected to washing machine, work being also very competent and clean. Both men provided explanations and guidance that was greatly appreciated. Joe replaced hoses to washing machine and cleaned all water ports giving advise about maintenance. I would recommend this company. Pricing was fair for the time expended. I provided the hardware set and pipe stem for the bathroom."

The checked for air leaks behind the dryer then conducted most of the rest of the work outside. He offered to replace the connector between the dryer and the vent line. He said I didn't need it, he didn't pressure me at all."
