"Absolutely satisfied and impressed! We hired Four Seasons to replace the deteriorated wooden shingles on our 20+ year old, three-tiered gazebo. Edward/owner came out the same day I called to give us an estimate--very reasonable compared to other companies we'd researched. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We chose high-quality asphalt shingles that matched those on our house. As the job wasn't time critical, we opted to wait until his crews had an opening in their busy schedule--for essentially a one-day job. About two weeks later, he called to say he had a crew available for the next day. Edward dropped off the necessary materials that evening in preparation. His roofer/Paul arrived bright and early the next morning, scoped out the project, and went straight to work. Paul's assistant (and brother/Marco) arrived later that morning. Both were very professional, personable, and polite. They worked hard through late evening. Thorough clean-up when they were done. The end result was great! We are very pleased and would definitely recommend Four Season Construction."

"I like Joseph as a person. He's respectful and got the job almost done. He went through with our insurance adjuster and got everything pointed out that needed to be done after a hailstorm. New roofs on all our structures. New windows in studio and 4 on our house. We had trouble on some of the windows. 2 had to be totally replaced after he installed them He Jerry rigged another to work when it wasn't centered properly and then wouldn't allow the swing inward function of the window. We recently discovered problems with the screens not being able to be removed or seated properly. Had to remove 2 small screws and they slide in easily. 𠤦â â ï¸ He was supposed to do a lot more work than he did, but used all the insurance money on the roofs, windows and some siding work. So don't let him know what your insurance has quoted. Let him bid it to you. The roofs were done by a crew so I hope they did a good job ð ¤·â â ï¸ . He over purchased the metal for the roofs and so there they sit in our yard! And my husband and I can't move them. Was supposed to come back and put in foam closure strips under the metal roofs to keep out water, and pests. He said they don't put them on storage areas or barns! So I said I wanted them they were there on the old roofs. So now wasps and other critters are going in and out building nests. Was supposed to replace our front door but then said it was too much work for him. I shouldn't have paid him until everything was right, but I trusted him to follow through, so I warn you to not pay until satisfied."

"Their roofing crew stole my deer skull from the front of my house and it magically reappeared next to their van on the street after threatening to call the police. While stripping off the old roofing, they let the debris build up on my front bushes causing unrepairable damage. Unless you can speak Spanish you won't be able to communicate with their laborors and there is no boss working with them on site to help bridge the language barrier. They left scraps from their lunch around my front yard, avacado skins and shrimp tails and also cigarette butts, one of them smoked the whole time. The trim and gutters crews were fine but the cleanup after they were all done could have been better they left a decent amount of roofing nails and gutter screws even in plain sight in my driveway. Also had a couple of scheduling issues with material availability the attic insulation installers causing the project to be completed more than a week late. "

"The sales person was wonderful. However the sunroom leaked 30 days after completion and they will not fix the roof. Even with photos and videos of the roof leaking they are stating the brick is leaking. Very disappointing since the experience up to this was great and I over paid thinking I would get better customer service."
