"The work was performed between Sept 16-19 2019. Darryl and his crew arrived promptly at 8:30 on Sept 16 as planned. They pressure washed the entire house during the first day and began prepping the exterior wood for painting. They scraped, sanded and caulked the wood. Darryl pointed out several areas of rotted wood in addition to the ones I knew about; he repaired all of them under the original estimate. We chose the paint colors from the Sherwin Williams selection samples. Prep work continued throughout the second day while part of the crew began painting. Painting, prep work and wood repair continued through the third day. The fourth day was only for the final (second) coat in the areas still needing it. The crew was very polite and cleaned up at the end of everyday. They stored their ladders and equipment in a tidy area away from the house everyday. They arrived around 8:30 and worked until 4:00. "This is a family run business. They were wonderful. Jose bid on the job and was ready to start within a week. He gave me a great quote. Negotiated a price but I gave him a $200 tip as they were clean, friendly, courteous, and respected my property. They taped everything that they needed to tape for painting. They even replaced soffit light bulbs that I supplied at no cost.They also replaced a 6 x 6” banister on my front steps and painted it and it is professionally done. I’m very happy with their work. I plan on hiring them again to do some interior Painting."

"My house 80 year old house is 1/2 brick and 1/2 stucco. When I noticed some water damage on one of my interior walls, I took a good look at the exterior of the house and realized that I had a lot of mortar that had eroded over the years and a section of stucco under a second floor  window which had cracked and pulled away from the house.
Grover came out to inspect the house and determine which sections of brick would need to be repaired. I really appreciate that he didn't just address the area of the house that was leaking. He went a step further and found every spot around the exterior where the mortar was breaking down. I'm sure that some people would have either ignored this step, or told me that they would have to tuck point the entire house which would have cost me a lot of money. Instead, I got every trouble spot on my house repaired and no unnecessary work done.
The stucco that he repaired looks amazing. He matched the original texture exactly. On top of all this, the price was very reasonable. I don't feel like I could have gotten a better deal for the work done.

"I paid for service including estimated amount of paint needed in advance to take advantage of a zero interest offer on my credit card. I was told at the time he had 2 houses in front of mine and would be working on mine within a few weeks. A few weeks go by and i hear nothing so i reach out to him asking for a schedule for the painting. No answers and after several attempts no response. I was ready to cancel the work but had already paid. I called my credit card agency and they suggested a send my request in writing. I then wrote angies list identifying my issue. That was helpful in that they were able to contact the painter and then he would promply call me. He finally finished the painting yesterday afternoon and was preparing to leave as i pulled in from work. I quickly surveyed the job and found two areas i was not satisfied with. He made excuses that it was due to my house something or other...bush in the way...weak wood and brushed it off. Had he offered to work on the spots to my satisfaction i would likely rate him higher but he was in a big hurry to leave. Not at all what i expected."
