The roof/deck was deteriorating and unsafe. I contacted more than 20 contractors over a two year period, many of whom didn’t want to take on the job due to all the uncertainties, others who told me that the only option was to completely rebuild the entire addition, some who never responded to my inquiry at all. "First of all Nicki came over and inspected our roof with our Insurance agent. later on, Tony Reynold the Senior project manger came over and discussed the roofing process with my husband and I. He was very professional. The day before the job, all materials were delivered to our home. The day of the job, The Project manager Russ Zolnowski came with his crew. Russ informed me that we needed new wood on the roof, he quickly went and purchased it and the job was completed in one day. They an did and exceptional job. The roof looks very nice.
