Their main business is to remodel kitchen and cabinet, I have seen their work before I contacted them, I want people to know how beautiful their work. "JC’s meticulous attention to detail is second only to his honesty, integrity, and work ethic. I wouldn’t hire anyone else. He’s the guy you call to get the job done right the first or redo a job that was done by a low cost handyman or big-box store installer. I won’t make that mistake twice! Check out the vinyl luxury plank he installed in my mud room. He shaved the door jambs, cut every piece to perfection—even around the dryer vent and outlet, and silicone caulked all the molding to make it waterproof. Thanks JC!"

"Changed our 1960 kitchen and made it look like a kitchen built in 2020. It really exceeded our expectations. We refaced our kitchen in order to sell our house next year. We will have no problem selling this house. We were home the entire time our installer worked on the kitchen. The guy worked hard and he did a great job. I consider myself handy, but I wouldn't taken this project on. Glad we didn't decide to paint. Everyone that sees our kitchen loves it, For reasons I can't explain, they think the kitchen is larger. That is okay with us. If you are okay with your kitchen's layout and the cabinet frames are okay, then this is the way to go."

"Sergii was very professional, flexible, communicated well, and was able to pull off my vision for a black marble fireplace without cracking a single piece of tile. He was also able to see and fix problems from previous renovated areas of the project so that installation would be safe and last. He was very upfront about cost and let me know about the price of materials before starting his work. And he kept his work area very CLEAN!! I was overall very impressed with his expertise, Iâ d recommend him to anyone."

"Overall it was excellent! The quote was fair, all the workers were fantastic and worked really hard - even when changes needed to be made on the spot. This is a creative company and they will find a way to make things work. Especially like that they have experience in everything from re-doing floors to redesigning cabinet layouts, painting, tiling, etc. One-stop shop for sure."

"M&D Property Solutions did a great job at installing a Radon mitigation system for us. Braden was awesome to work with! All done in one day and completely satisfied with it. I would definitely recommend!"

"Russ and his son did an excellent job from start to finish. Russ provided an initial quote and from there, we discussed materials and scope of operations. Most particularly, Russ was extremely careful removing trim carpentry so to avoid having to duplicate stain and color. He didn't splinter or break or damage anything. He covered my surrounding floor to prevent damage from foot traffic. He moved the refrigerator, stove, and toilet providing the proper floor protection while the appliances were out of place. We made sure we understood each other's intentions and got no surprises as to the type of mortar, grout width, and center lines. His cuts were as precise as humanly possible. He treated the job as if it was for his own house. The job site was kept clean during the four day project and inconvenience was kept to an absolute minimum. Their work is beautiful and we definitely recommend him and his son as professional and true craftsmen."

"Isaac and his team were fantastic. They completed a job another installer did not finish. Isaac would call and keep in touch with me until the job was done. My kitchen is beautiful and the crown molding is outstanding. Isaac was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him and his crew. If I could grade higher than an A I would."

"John was very pleasant to work with and had great ideas for making his cabinet work well with our existing cabinets. It was a beautiful job!"

"Love my new kitchen cabinets, counter tops and back splash. I was given options for cabinet styles and suggestions for hardware and colors. Work was completed on time and the team was nice, answered all our questions and cleaned up. I plan on using them for bathroom remodeling in the future."
