"Contacted Arlington Fence and Deck and they responded quickly. They were able to give me a general estimate for repair of several sections of a 6-foot privacy fence and a gate based on photos I sent. We set up a date for Mike to come out and do a detailed estimate. The detailed estimate was actually a bit lower than the first estimate. I also had cast iron railings that had rusted posts that needed repair and they gave an appropriate estimate for that as well. There were two different dates to do the two repairs and they came and did a great job on both. I'd definitely use them again."

"I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Phoenix. If you're looking for a quality fence at a reasonable price look no further. Jeff and Karen were incredible to work with. We had 5 different companies come out for quotes and Jeff's thorough, no-nonsense explanation of fence types and prices made it an easy choice. When we decided to switch a portion of the fence from picket to picket w/ cap-board, I called Karen expecting the quote to be more expensive but she and Jeff said they could do it for the same price. Despite being told it was a two week wait, I got a call from Karen that they could install it the same week. Both Jeff and Karen are extremely professional and their communication made the project a stress-free, enjoyable experience. The workers, who were all brothers, were incredible. I was shocked by the speed with which they tore down the old chainlink fence, which was installed 60 years ago and had literally grown through the trunk of two trees. They methodically installed the new 218 square foot fence in one day, making sure everything was done properly. When the job was done, one worker insisted on grabbing a tool and coming back an hour later to remove a very stubborn old fence post. This level of detail and craftsmanship is hard to find nowadays. The fence has transformed our backyard and we couldn't be more happy!"

"From estimate to completion, Tony and his team did an excellent job.  I contacted Tony on a Thursday and he came out that Saturday to survey the job and prepare the estimate.  After a few days, we got the estimate back and scheduled a time to pay the deposit and sign the contract.  Tony indicated it would take about 3 weeks to get on the schedule and start the work (this included time for them to get the plans reviewed and permit provided by the county).  The work started on time and proceeded over the course of a couple of weeks (slowed a bit due to an intervening holiday and some weather).   The work was of high quality and the finished product looks great, meeting and exceeding our expectations!  There was a minor issue with the county's final inspection (the fault of the county inspector in my opinion) that was quickly addressed and resolved by Tony and his team.  All in all, a great experience and a great deck!  I would highly recommend Tony and his team. <br />"

"The service was prompt and professional. This is the second time I have used American Pro Tech. The first time was excellent. The second time was excellent. I would definitely recommend them. I saw the review where someone complained about the dead lichens still on the roof. Ted says they will wash off naturally within 2 to 4 weeks. He does not power wash shingles because that will damage the granular surface of the shingle. He is correct. They do come completely off once they are dead. I will definitely continue to use American Pro Tech and I do recommend them. <br />"

"This is the 2nd time we have contracted Pro Edge Painting to work at our house. This occasion we had our entire wrap around porch stained. Not an easy job considering we had some new boards on the stairs, warped boards, and boards in different stages of wear. JR and his crew did a fantastic job. All is now uniform and looks fantastic. The porch really needs replaced, but this really made it look good. My comment was like whip cream on Sh _ _!! Pro Edge will not disappoint."

"They did a great job. They had the lowest estimate. Ryan was the only one who said a semi-transparent could work (which is what I was hoping) even though the deck was old and in rough condition. Ryan came in with an oil-based high quality stain and absolutely revitalized our deck. Now the wood grain just completely pops out and it looks amazing verses a solid (which would just have looked like a crappy painted deck)."
