"I highly recommend Deck Buddy. Our screened porch (inside and out), deck and stairs were badly in need of cleaning and resealing. We had 4 different companies out here to quote the job. Deck Buddy was by *far* the most professional of the bunch, extremely competent and moreover pleasant to work with. They came exactly on time and were able to answer all my questions and were extremely knowledgeable about the work and the products/services they would use/perform. Their bid was neither the highest nor the lowest. Their service tech spent 3 days here cleaning, repairing, and refinishing our porch and deck. It looks like new. I am so pleased. We have attempted to do this work ourselves in the past, and paid to have it done by a different company once before, but never achieved the results Deck Buddy did. I should add, that when we paid to have this work done before, it did not seem like the other company applied very much product to the wood. This time, with Deck Buddy, you can see the wood is thoroughly sealed. Also, in comparison to our earlier experience, Deck Buddy took care to cover all my plants and also the house siding to protect from overspray. (Not protecting my plants was a problem with a different powerwashing company we hired once - my hostas were shredded - you have to watch out for this). Deck Buddy was extremely careful with everything and left no mess or debris behind, the porch and deck look great, the garden is unscathed. It was a job well done. Thank you!!!!"

"I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Phoenix. If you're looking for a quality fence at a reasonable price look no further. Jeff and Karen were incredible to work with. We had 5 different companies come out for quotes and Jeff's thorough, no-nonsense explanation of fence types and prices made it an easy choice. When we decided to switch a portion of the fence from picket to picket w/ cap-board, I called Karen expecting the quote to be more expensive but she and Jeff said they could do it for the same price. Despite being told it was a two week wait, I got a call from Karen that they could install it the same week. Both Jeff and Karen are extremely professional and their communication made the project a stress-free, enjoyable experience. The workers, who were all brothers, were incredible. I was shocked by the speed with which they tore down the old chainlink fence, which was installed 60 years ago and had literally grown through the trunk of two trees. They methodically installed the new 218 square foot fence in one day, making sure everything was done properly. When the job was done, one worker insisted on grabbing a tool and coming back an hour later to remove a very stubborn old fence post. This level of detail and craftsmanship is hard to find nowadays. The fence has transformed our backyard and we couldn't be more happy!"

"From estimate to completion, Tony and his team did an excellent job.  I contacted Tony on a Thursday and he came out that Saturday to survey the job and prepare the estimate.  After a few days, we got the estimate back and scheduled a time to pay the deposit and sign the contract.  Tony indicated it would take about 3 weeks to get on the schedule and start the work (this included time for them to get the plans reviewed and permit provided by the county).  The work started on time and proceeded over the course of a couple of weeks (slowed a bit due to an intervening holiday and some weather).   The work was of high quality and the finished product looks great, meeting and exceeding our expectations!  There was a minor issue with the county's final inspection (the fault of the county inspector in my opinion) that was quickly addressed and resolved by Tony and his team.  All in all, a great experience and a great deck!  I would highly recommend Tony and his team. <br />"

"The service was prompt and professional. This is the second time I have used American Pro Tech. The first time was excellent. The second time was excellent. I would definitely recommend them. I saw the review where someone complained about the dead lichens still on the roof. Ted says they will wash off naturally within 2 to 4 weeks. He does not power wash shingles because that will damage the granular surface of the shingle. He is correct. They do come completely off once they are dead. I will definitely continue to use American Pro Tech and I do recommend them. <br />"

"Proedge did a very good job of painting the exterior of my house. They power-washed prior to painting. All painted surfaces received two coats of paint. They painted a porch, trim, soffits, foundation, shutters, lintels, hand rail, and front door. The painted edges were spot on; no paint on the brick. The team was very professional and friendly; it was a very positive experience. I am not a professional painter but as a homeowner I have done a significant amount of painting myself. As a result, I am very picky about the quality of work. I believe my house looks better now than when I first bought it. I am very pleased Proedge painted my house."
