"Dan was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain to me the various elements of what he saw for repairing my garage doors. I asked about a tuneup and he said it wasn't necessary, after he examined the various springs and bolts, etc., and pointed out how they had been replaced in the not too distant past. I had forgotten about that. The weather stripping was eaten away, so he will install new weather stripped. He also examined the doors and pointed out where the rot had begun. The opener mechanism also is very old. So we discussed prices for doors and openers. There was no hard sell at all. In fact, he helped me figure out a plan of how to replace perhaps openers first, then the doors. He quoted prices that seemed very reasonable. "I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours.
