"Wow! Let me start by saying I had several contractors come by to give me estimates on fixing some major concerns I’ve had in my yard for quite a while. I needed a professional who could complete everything I needed at a reasonable price. Well, Mr Julio Escobar (ET General Contractor Inc) was able to accommodate everything I needed done. He listened to everything I needed and provided excellent suggestions as to the right approach to do the job. This entailed re-sloping my backyard to direct water away from my house foundation and installing a drainage system in my backyard. My backyard was a barren wasteland that needed quite a bit of work. I had barely any grass on one side with many trees that I wanted removed in order to get more sunlight and allow grass to grow. Julio’s crew did an amazing job (cut down trees, removed all branch/log debris and grinded/ground the stumps down to the roots). His crew planted 29 Japanese Cedar trees along my fence line. My appreciation goes out to Julio Escobar for working with the nursery to get me all Japanese Cedars instead of the Leyland Cypress trees. Exactly what I wanted all along. God Bless you! He and his crew trucked in tons of river rock to lay around my pool and along the foundation in the back of the house and then laid, I forget how many, rolls of sod. These guys worked hard and in the worst heat of the summer. Lastly, but definitely not least he and his crew brought in clean topsoil and organic compost, grass seed, and fertilizer to cover my front yard (that also was a wasteland). After that he aerated the area and laid sod on the sides of my driveway so that there would be no run off when it rained. I can’t express enough how professional, courteous, and attentive Mr Escobar and his entire crew were throughout the entire job. I would definitely use them again for future projects. Our backyard was useless with standing water and a mud pit under our deck, but Troy installed a french drain system and buried several downspouts to divert the water away from the middle of the yard and installed some river rock with a border under the deck to make it an attractive area versus an eye sore. Will definitely be hitting Troy back up for some more landscaping work in the spring."

The vendor did a great job.  It was about 100 degrees on the day of installation and my corner house gets very strong morning sun.  They men worked continuously without complaint.  The services were performed neatly and efficiently without much disruption to my grass.  They cleaned up all dirt and ground disruptions after the first day's work so that my home looked neat during the 2 day installation. 

Mr. Ramos described the entire installation process and patiently answered all of my many questions.  He was also  more than willing to accommodate my schedule when performing services. I was very pleased with the service delivery and my interactions with Mr. Ramos and his crew and, of course, the end result. The Vendor even returned a few days later to check on how the system was functioning  and to install a rain sensor (a pleasant surprise that I did not know was included.) to detect when it was raining to avoid the unnecessary use of water.

I highly recommend AA Irrigation to anyone seeking the installation of a lawn sprinkler system.  It has only been a few weeks and my lawn is a beautiful and healthy deep green.

"Nelson Piriz did a nice job remodeling our master bathroom.   He told us it would take two weeks and it did.  The price above was for his labor, sheetrock, and mortar.  Other materials I bought- bathtub, cabinets, paint, tile, hardware, and lights.  Nelson picked up some of the stuff for us.  He coordinated others to do the granite tub surround  and cabinet top which turned out beautifully.  He also got us in touch with the frameless shower guy.  Nelson could have done a little better scheduling them but that is our only concern with his performance.  In all, my bathroom cost about 13000.00.  I am extremely pleased with the results and I would recommend Nelson.

"We had a railroad tie retaining wall to be replaced and I called 3 companies from Angie's list for estimates. I have to say any of the three would have been acceptable from their responses and professionalism when completing the estimates. While two of the companies were able to give me estimates before they left, Tom from Maxsell wanted to send me the estimate in a day or two as he wanted to double check on the costs and availability for the timbers. It was worth the wait as his estimate was about 10% less than the other two which were within a hundred dollars of each other.  

Tom scheduled the work within a week and when the crew arrived they worked hard to complete the work within the 2 days we spoke of. They were respectful of the area and when they completed the work the entire area was clean from any debris and/or remnants of the work performed. Tom stopped by each day to be sure the work was completed to the quality we were looking for and be sure nothing was left open. Working with Tom was so positive and productive, we added additional work to be done in landscaping the area as well. We will continue to use Maxsell in the future for further landscaping projects."

I was equally impressed by Mr. Robinson's step-by-step explanation while he set up the equipment to perform the test. He explained his licensing and the accuracy of the test that he was conducting.
