"This review is a bit overdue. Had new doors and windows installed in early 2021. I had a very good experience with this company and with Mr. Edward Dunn. He was very prompt in answering all my questions and also patient as he worked with me while I tried to decide among the various options for doors and windows. I felt he offered me very fair and reasonable prices compared to some other quotes I received. Am especially grateful for him even considering my business since my order was quite small, and I have been finding that, esp. during COVID times, many companies won't consider the 'smaller jobs.' There were a few problems during installation (one wrong window size, flaw in a door screen), but Mr. Dunn promptly addressed these and everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder.
