The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! "I think Chris did a fine job.  My only criticism, and I did not do any comparison bids to know how reasonable this is, was the price.  I paid $199 for the original roof check-up, which had a $100 credit for any additional work.  The collar repair was an additional $200, so I ended up paying $299 in total.  He was here less than an hour.  Based on time alone, that seemed expensive.
