The roof shingles were finished in one day, and after couple days, the gutters were installed. The crew took great care of cleaning the site grounds thoroughly. The Project Manager came and made sure to review the site without any debris. Last but not the least. a member of the Pond team came after two weeks of installation to scan for any nails that may be there. Thank you amazing Pond Team!"

I was told by a different contractor who fixed some gutters, that I needed to have someone who knew how to fix flat roofs inspect my flat porch roof. After asking around, several people highly recommended contacting William Mackay. Brittany quickly scheduled for a technician to come out -- and the same day Mr. Mackay inspected my roof and emailed me the proposal. He answered all my questions (as did Brittany!) The work was scheduled quickly - and the installers/technicians completed the work in one day. Everything was cleaned up (old roof pieces, etc) afterwards. "We had Marshall Roofing do an extensive replacement of our 40 year old house exterior. They replaced aluminum siding, soffits and fascia, plastic window trim and door wood trim with Hardie Plank products. In addition, they installed a new roof and gutters. Their work was impressive-they provided an accurate and comprehensive cost proposal, detailed schedule for product delivery and installation and completed the work as planned. The house looks great and should not require further exterior maintenance for years. Their cost was competitive with other proposals, but their responsiveness to our initial inquiry, thorough pre-proposal inspection and recommendations convinced us to chose them.
