"I have used Murphy's three separate times to replace doors and windows in my home, and I plan to use Murphy's and only Murphy's in the future. The staff are experienced professionals who are knowledgeable and courteous. They take the time to understand what you want and work to provide just that. These are not pushy sales people or amature carpenters; the craftsmanship that is put in to the installation of each piece is wonderful. To date I have had two exterior doors with screen doors, double entry with screen doors, and two sets of casement windows. I plan on replacing 9-12 windows in the next month with Murphy's and I know I will be pleased with the results."

Initially he was very nice and courteous, and it was easy to nice to make an appointment and get in contact, but after the first day, I felt that he didn't need to spend the whole day on the job that I had given him. I had called him, and spoken to him to see whether what I needed to get done, would require the whole day, and I don't know much about this, but I felt that I could have found someone at a cheaper price to do the miscellaneous work around the house. After that, he was supposed to get back to me about something, and he never returned my email. He had advised me to purchase the big deal after I called him. He was very nice and polite, but I am not sure about the honesty. The shower door was not closing, so I wanted him to either fix it or replace it, and he said that he figured out a wait to fix it, instead of replacing it, and it looks fine. I had some problems opening my garage door, and I asked him to look at it and see if I needed to call a specialist or if he could fix it, and he told me that he had fixed it, and it was working fine. I had to call a garage door specialist, and replace the remote door control system. I think it would have been a good deal if they would have replaced the shower door. He seemed very knowledgeable, and easy to work with, when I spoke to him on phone. The pricing was too expensive for the work that they did."
